The camera works fine!
The Fisher-Price Perfect is a camera sold from 1993 to 1997 that was, unsurprisingly, marketed as a children's camera.
The camera uses the 110 film format, which is still widely available. It has a built-in flash, a fixed-focus lens, and dual viewfinders. The flash requires batteries, but otherwise this camera can operate without batteries.
Children's cameras for 110 film were relatively common in the 80's/90's because the film could be loaded easily. Other companies, such as Kodak, Vivitar and Concord, also marketed 110 children's cameras.

Antique and Vintage items are used goods, they always have traces of use and age, I take pictures from all sides so that this is clearly visible.
Please let me know if any additional photos or clarifications are needed on the photos I have posted. I take great care to pack items correctly and ship them on time.
I show all the imperfections I can in the photos.
