Vintage Spring Culinox Swiss made oval copper casserole / casserole dish, lid and handle. The pan has a fish for the handle. Stainless steel lined, on lid and pan. Measures 48 cm from handle to handle, opening measures 40 long by 22.5 cm and is 16 cm high. Weighs 3500 grams.

Interior is very clean. From what I've read everyone is very happy with the Spring Culinox brand. Easy to clean and food cooks evenly. Marked on the bottom Spring Culinox, Made in Switzerland, 77. I did a lite polish and you'll probably want to do it sometime. Boil, poach or stew in this beautiful pan.
